Even though this home has a large, open floor plan, it feels welcoming, comfortable and quaint. This is the perfect space to experience some of life’s most important moments. On the first floor is the double queen suite, outfitted with two queen beds (with new memory foam mattresses) and an en suite full bath. Up the stairs to the second floor is where you will find the grand, yet charming Master Suite and the double bunk room. The Master Suite boasts a California King bed with a comfy memory foam mattress, set in a vintage one-of-a-kind bed frame. Although ALL THREE bedrooms have en suite full baths, the master bath is a dream come true! The third bedroom offers more sleeping accommodations with two bunk sets, four twin beds total. The third bedroom has an en suite full bath; full baths in every bedroom are such a convenience! Ascend to the main floor and just immerse yourself into the charm and character exuded by the careful details the owner has put in the space just for you. A large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone counter tops is the perfect setting to prepare for cocktails, cake or even a celebratory dinner party! The open space flows into the living area with clean, comfy seating & TV. There is also a separate study with a desk and printer provided for those who need to stay connected. The comfy couch converts to a queen sleeper. Finally, the size-able balcony! A large outdoor dining table and chairs sits comfortably on the balcony, nestled among the beautifully grand trees.
