When possible, and almost always in our larger homes, we greet our guests personally at the property. Since we are local and are intimately familiar with each property, we are able to actively respond to reviews knowing exactly what a guest is referring to. We run a Linen Pool, which means owners simply pay a fair rate to rent the use of our linens for their property. When linens are worn or damaged, owners do not need to be bothered with replacing linens, trying to match the existing sets. We take care of maintaining the linen pool. In addition, with our new laundry facility, our linens are laundered off-site, to OSHA standards. Not only does this provide a safer experience for the guests; blood-borne pathogens, proteins and anything undesireble left behind by previous guests are completely removed when the linens are laundered with the OSHA standard chemicals and temperatures, but this also saves on the wear and tear on your washer and dryer, as well as reduces the water and electric expenses to you associated with laundering the linens in your property.
Our housekeeping staff are our employees, allowing us more direct control over housekeeping standards and security, as opposed to contracting out the cleaning to various companies. More importantly, we have a trusted, personal relationship with our housekeeping employees, who are working in your property.
Reservation Charges To Owner
Most national management chains charge owners $7+ per reservation for guest amenities. Playlist covers that cost by including it in the guest’s cleaning fee.
Most national management chains charge owners a processing fee of 2.5% of higher. Playlist Properties is our own merchant of record and has a processing fee of 2.19%.
