If I were the owners I would include 3 key fobs for the elevator. This unit is setup for 3 couples and having only one key fob presents some issues when splitting up.
Also the website property description listed private garage parking but that was not available and it was a hassle trying to figure that out after getting in later in the evening plus it added additional costs that weren't anticipated.
It is a very nice unit and we had a great stay.
Manager Response: Gregory, thank you for taking time out to write a review. Thank you for your suggestion to have 3 key fobs since it does sleep 3 couples. We have since purchased an additional key fob, as we do understand the inconvenience of just having one. As for the garage, we are very sorry about that as well. The garage available is very tight and small. A couple of our employees have hit their cars going in and out of it. So unfortunately that's a builder issue, which it's too late to address. But we would not want a guest to park in it and have the same experience. Again, our apologies for the parking inconvenience and the additional cost you unexpectedly had to incur. Hopefully these issues did not interfere with you all enjoying your time in Nashville. Thank you and come stay with Playlist Properties again!
