Condo in The Quarters was the perfect location, unless you go to the Opry, no need for a car.
Everything about rental, from reservation to departure was smooth as can be.
We will be back !
Manager Response: So sorry you had a difficult time finding the property, but glad that once you did, you were satisfied. Great that you enjoyed your time in Nashville. as well as staying with Playlist Properties. We will definitely look into a full length likes being able to see themselves fully before heading out. Thank You, and we hope to see you again!
Also, about a block away on Commerce street was a great place for breakfast - Another Broken Egg Café.
Also within 2-3 blocks along the riverfront is the old RR station where you can pick up the
Gray Line Hop-on Hop-off trolley and that is a great way to see the city! Love Nashville!!
Back to the unit. Our rental was on the first floor and the building feels secure because you have to enter a code outside to get into the lobby and then enter another code to get in the main building. Then when you get to the unit door, you place your palm on the lock system and also enter a code. All quite simple. The unit is small but adequate because we didn't spend much time there. We never made any meals, but the small kitchen had all the cooking pots, utensils, dishes etc plus microwave and coffee pot. The LR had 2 couches and TV and the view out the window is a little part of the river. Next to kitchen is a half bath. The upstairs bedroom is adequate and there's good size bathroom upstairs.
Parking Garage - Across the street and caddy-corner to the Hooters at corner is where you park. Convenient, but not cheap - it was $59 for 2 nights. You will need to go to the unit first and on the table there's a 3-ring binder and it that is the parking pass that you need to put on the dash of your car and it must be returned when you leave.
The unit was a little pricey compared to hotels in the area. But I would definitely stay here again! Guest
