When selecting a property management partner, it's crucial to ensure they operate within the laws and regulations set by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. In Tennessee, a real estate broker or affiliate broker's license does NOT cover vacation rental management. Playlist Properties is properly licensed from TREC to manage vacation rental properties, making us the trusted experts in the area!
