Group of 11 of us stayed here for my husband's birthday. The location was perfect! The property wasn't the best quality - scuffed walls, broken chair in living room, but the towels/bedding were clean. Rooftop hangout was fun! Would recommend.

Almost Perfect
Hawkins View truly is in a great location. Easy walk to the Gulch and Music Row. Easy drive or uber to everything else. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, we felt safe and at home. Check in and check out were a breeze.
The property was sufficiently clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pot & pans, and thanks for coffee! It would have been nice to have some pantry staples like spray oil, zip lock bags, foil, plastic wrap.
The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of pillows, linens and towels. There's good privacy and the bedrooms are quiet.
The property is starting to show wear, it could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Grout in the showers needs attention. Floors would benefit from thorough cleaning and finishing. All of the light bulbs were burnt out in the dining room chandelier. The ceiling fan fixture in the lower suite flickers and the ceiling fan in the living room makes a clacking noise from being out of balance. A few of the chairs in the living room and dining room have torn upholstery. The fireplace didn't work. The grill (which we had planned to use after a trip to the farmers market) was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, broken, not safe, unusable. If you're going to advertise fireplaces and grills they need to be functional.

Nashville winter trip
We really enjoyed our stay at this property for a fun winter weekend in Nashville with 10 people. Rooms and beds were great. Kitchen was awesome to hang out at the island. Having access to the garage was great with the cold weather. Its a beautiful place. The living room could use a little better seating for the number of people and a sectional would even provide sleeping space for a couple people. But everything was great here.

We read somewhere that you offer a parking pass for downtown. Wish we would have known about it. Parking is very expensive.

The Roof Deck Rental was in a nice location. The neighborhood was quiet but close to bars and restaurants. It was very neat and clean, and the layout worked out well for our family. The only complaint is that the bed on the first floor was very creaky which made it difficult to sleep.

Amazing Girl Trip
Hawkins View was just perfect for our girls trip. We weee far enough away from the noise of Broadway, yet close enough when we wanted to enjoy it. The house offers a o much space for all of us to spread out!!! We will definitely be renting again. Thanks for the amazing vaca!

Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing time in Nashville, and staying at this location was well worth it! Super close to the Gulch as well as Broadway. The use of the scooter service made it such a fun experience. The house itself was clean and welcoming. The owner was just a phone call away and always friendly, very helpful.

This is a really nice house in a great location. The Gulch and Music Row are within walking distance, You could even walk downtown if you needed to. The management team was awesome, very attentive to our needs.
I think the cleaning people need to pay a little more attention to the dirt on the ceiling fans and bathroom vents and the scuff marks and footprints on the walls. Other than those minor things, this place was great.

Our group really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was plenty big enough for our group. It had all the essentials and was very clean. It is probably not quite walking distance to Broadway, but we did it and it took about 30-35 minutes. Otherwise it’s a quick Uber ride. Check in and check out was very easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay for multiple couples
This was house was everything we needed for 4 couples to enjoy a long weekend in Nashville. I had a hard time finding a home with 4 large beds, so that’s the main reason we chose it (wish that 4th bedroom had a real queen and not the bunk- I am curious how often it’s utilized). The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (Keurig coffee pot and regular coffee pot). Couches in living area could be more comfortable, but that’s a part of the modern decor I guess. The rooftop deck is awesome (with a wet bar just inside the door to keep drinks up there!) It was much too cold to utilize, but would be a lot of fun to hang out up there. This home is not a bad walk to the Gulch bars and restaurants. Sometimes we’d Uber, sometimes walk. This home is a quick Uber ride to Broadway as well. Highly recommend it!

Luxury Condo at the Gulch
Spent 4 nights at this wonderful spotless high end condo just minutes walk down to fine dining and shopping. We celebrated Christmas and was a great meeting place for our family. There is plenty of room and the rooftop was a treat having the skyline of Nashville in view. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and there are other rentals adjacent to this property. Has contemporary gas appliances(stove) including fire place to keep you warm in the main living room. There are 4 levels accessible only by stairs. This place is ideal for family and friends groups visiting Nashville and would especially great for a wedding/bridal celebration. Love this property. Would stay there again.

Girls Trip To Nashville
Everything was perfect from the minute we checked in. The process was easy and the staff was so accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for a large group because there was room for everyone. It is always refreshing when the pictures match the actual experience. The only thing I would caution is that there are a lot of steps in this four level home and we had some older people that struggled with the steps. The space is light and bright and the rooftop patio is amazing!!!

The expectation of a beautiful house was met! And the location was perfect for our group of 7. Check-in was efficient, especially when we had a last minute late check-in request. The only complaint is that we were unable to use the lovely fireplace. Attempted to contact owner and company for directions to no avail. Otherwise, great experience and will consider using same location again!

Great property and location
Visited here for a girls trip. The property was about a mile from downtown so definitely walkable. House was great but if you can’t do stairs, not the one for you. Three rooms with their own baths were great but BR 4 top bunk not so fun to navigate at 60+ years old. Pull out couch not at all comfortable. Really enjoyed the rooftop patio.

Great option for a girls' trip
This property was a great option for a large group of girls travelling to Nashville for a long weekend. Spacious, open, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Overall, the property was very clean, however, we did notice an ant problem. Two of the bedrooms had small ants. It wasn't a huge problem but definitely bothered us. We were in a great location, only a short walk away from a free bus to Broadway - or a $6 Uber ride. Lots of construction nearby, though - definitely a developing area.

Perfect rental for our large group!
We loved the location, it was just a short walk to the main area of The Gulch. We used uber to get downtown but may have walked if it wasn't raining. Our group had 8 women and we had plenty of room for gathering, etc. The place was very clean and bright. Would recommend.

Spectacular 4th of July
This home is fantastic. The architecture is beautiful. The furnishings are contemporary and comfortable. We cooked all meals in the well stocked kitchen and grill area. The home is within walking distance to pretty much everything Nashville has to offer. Our favorite part was the rooftop deck. The Nashville fireworks were a perfect fit in our direct line of sight. There's nothing not to love. I would highly recommend!

Amazing place!
We had a wonderful stay at the Hawkins View property. It was in a great location (many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance), and was a very clean and inviting home. Our only "issues" were that there seemed to be a small ant problem (mostly on the bottom floor) and the drain in the tub on the bottom floor was broken. Minor issues that did not really effect our overall stay. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great house for girls weekend
The house was great for 8 of us on our annual girls trip. Very clean and comfortable! We were a little surprised at the lack of kitchen supplies (no coffee filters or basics like napkins or counter spray), but it wasn't that big of a deal. We had unseasonably cold weather, so we didn't get to use the roof deck, but the fireplace was nice!

House was great and fit everyone comfortably. Only downside was the construction next door. The location is great to walk downtown to the Gulch and is uberable to all things Nashville. I would stay here again!

Girls Trip Thank You = Great Comfortable Location
Celebrating a 40th Bday with 10 girls in February. The rental team was GREAT to work with. The location of this home, in the Gulch, is perfect. Short walking distance to trendy restaurants and shopping. Easy Uber or Lyft rides to Broadway or the Grand Ole Opry. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room were perfect for our large group, and plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. The rooftop deck was amazing! Plenty of chairs for us all to gather and chat and take in the views of the city and beautiful sunsets. We will be recommending Hawkins View to others.

Excellent Stay in the heart of the Gulch
We rented this house for 5 couples and it fit us all perfectly. The house was laid out well with a large kitchen and living room. It was a close walk to the Gulch bars and restaurants and not far from downtown either. We enjoyed our stay very much!

8 of us (4 couples) stayed at Hawkins View for a long weekend. The place is incredible. It is as good in real life as the pictures make it seem. Spacious. Enough bedrooms for 4 couples. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, two have dedicated bathrooms. Great party balcony. Nice furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The location is great. Lots of bars and restaurants and music are within walking distance. Broadway is a short and easy Uber ride. Playlist Properties was great to work with. Highly recommend.

well appointed, modern, clean home with plenty of space! so assessible to all the fun stuff in Nashville.

This townhouse was an awesome spot to stay while enjoying Nashville. Place has a great vibe, and all the amenities needed for a long weekend stay. It's close enough for Uber (or long walk) into town, but yet just far outside that you don't get the downtown craziness. Loved it and will be back!

Very satisfied overall with these 2 houses/duplexes next to each other. They were very nice and updated with nice furniture and beds. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans etc.

Fabulous girls' weekend!
This is hands down the best property I have rented for a bachelorette group. The open floor plan, comfortable seating, and spacious rooms/bathrooms were perfect for a large group. My friends could not get over how fancy and sophisticated the house was. We loved having our morning mimosas on the rooftop patio and being so close to the Gulch/Downtown area. Plenty of parking and the keypad lock were such a convenience too!

Great Nashville Weekend
Hawkins View is a great Nashville rental! We have 4 couples staying and it was the perfect size. Even though it's big and airy, it was warm and cozy for our cold and drizzly Nashville visit. Centrally located, it's an easy Uber ride to all the sites. And the Gulch is a quick walk away. We would all come back and stay here again!

Girls' Weekend at Hawkins View
Our group of 8 loved the Hawkins View! The house was exactly as described in the listing and in perfect order. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and plenty of towels in each bathroom. We loved the rooftop porch - great view of the Nashville skyline. We would definitely visit again!

Boston Crew in Nashville
A group of 17 friends including my two brothers gathered in Nashville at two of Playlist properties at Hawkins Street for my brother’s bachelor party. What an amazing time we all had!
First the properties. Both 1217 and 1215 units were super nice (1217 was way nicer so I put the responsible friends of mine in that unit and we all gathered at the 1215 unit), super close to the Gultch which ended up being a pretty money spot for lunch and walking around; and it was only about 25 minute walk or 3-5min uber to downtown where all the action was on Broadway. Playlist properties were super friendly and accommodating for us through the whole process. The houses were really nice, very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, never ran out of hot water, grills, two roof top patios with furniture, nice island kitchens that we all gathered around for drinks, a deck, lots of light, music speakers already hooked up, good vibe comfortable *** beds (like really comfortable not kidding) – the whole 9. Alex and Joanne were also kind enough to suggest fun activities and places to go which all turned out to be everything they said it would.

Great place to stay
Very nice property, close to the gulch/downtown areas. Walking distance to good microbreweries and several restaurants. Would love to stay there again. Much better than being in a hotel.

Great Experience!
The location was pretty great - $5 uber rides to downtown & less than $20 to & from the airport. Although it is not so close to shopping. A car was necessary for the liquor store & supermarket. The house was immaculate & so nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for all of the guests to sleep & to socialize. There were 2 very minor issues - one of the beds was slightly collapsed in the upstairs bedroom & there were only 2 rolls of extra toilet paper for 12 people. Other than that, we loved the house & would highly recommend.

Great location- loved the house
Alex was easy to work with, met us at the house and explained everything. We were 6 friends there for a long "girls weekend". Loved being able to cook dinner the 1st night in the beautiful kitchen and then have local family and friends join us for a relaxing evening. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in the Gulch and less than 10 minutes to EVERYWHERE. We had some toilet problems etc but they sent people for whatever our issues were and they were polite and helpful and we recommend the house without exception.

Clean, Comfortable House - Great for Groups!
We had a group of 12 girls staying in the house for a bachelorette party. It was clean, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we could possibly need (dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, pillows/blankets, washer & dryer, detergent, shampoo, iron, speaker system, TVs)...just GREAT for a weekend in Nashville!
The house is in an area that seems to be getting built up, so there's not much immediately around, but it's definitely centrally located. Since Nashville isn't really a "walkable" city, we took Ubers everywhere (even to the grocery store). Luckily, Uber is super cheap there. Note that there is one cute area of shops/restaurants that IS close enough to walk to (about 10 minutes), and it has one of the best breakfast places in the city -- definitely go to Biscuit Love.
You can tell the property is kept very well --the beds are super comfortable with nice white sheets, the kitchen is spotless, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. It feels very new.
Also, just a quick shoutout to the management company. My interactions with them were seamless and easy, and there were no issues communicating with them around payment or checking in/out of the house. We paid a little extra for a late check-out, but it was well-worth it and incredibly easy to arrange.
