Off the beaten path!
We had such a great stay in Nashville! This property is not near Broadway and all the action, but it's not a far Uber drive... about 10 minutes. So it's quieter. The neighborhood is being regentrified so don't expect anything really upscale. We appreciated the Dollar General store across the street for stocking up on drinks, snacks, etc. There is an amazing cafe across the street called "Shugga Hi Balery and Cafe. We went there for breakfast and they had great food, service and live music! Our VRBO was very cute, comfortable and clean. Playlist Properties was so gracious; they let us check in early as we arrived two hours before checkin. Enjoyed the rooftop one day before leaving for the hockey game. The view is not great, but the weather was nice and it was fun to sit out there enjoying a pregame cocktail. The only "complaint" was the transom windows in the bedrooms had no shades and so there was no sleeping in :(

Good experience. When we drove in I was a little concerned about the neighborhood; no, issues though. We never felt unsafe, the property was nice, and convenient (everywhere was 15 minutes or less).

Great location! It was easy to go downtown and only about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. We were there during the SEC Playoffs. Nicely decorated, clean, and the property management was very responsive when contacted with questions.

This was a great place to stay, 5 to 7 minutes driving to Broadway, clean, your own parking spot so easy to come home late. easy access doors, management was great to work with, easy check out. Roof top sitting area was great, we spent most mornings and night up there. I will stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

Phenomenal Place!!
This home away from home was perfect for our trip! Cozy, spacious, clean, and brand of this home was PERFECTION! Decor was on point with Nashville! Owners were so accommodating and the sweetest when we called with any questions. Home is so close to all of our activities, made for an easy commute. Great Place to Stay
Very clean with everything you may need for your stay. Uber rides took no more than three minutes for pick up with a quick ride down town. Not much to do around the property but we rented just for the downtown Nashville experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place for couples
This place was perfect for what we needed. Two bedrooms with separate bathrooms was great for two couples. We loved the rooftop, which we visited on every night..( does need a good cleaning tho). Our location was a 6.00 dollar Uber ride to downtown. So close. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay!
We loved this property. It was perfect for two couples. The location is close to downtown, easy Uber to anyplace. The townhome is well appointed and decorated beautifully. We loved the roof deck too! The property manager was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY
Modern Cowboy Vue was the perfect place for us to stay in Nashville, the condo was spotless, the beds, linens and pillows comfortable, the kitchen nicely equipped. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Nashville.The location was perfect.

Oh yes the 3 C’s
Clean, comfortable and Convenient. Owners/management easy to work with. A little pricey if you have a tight budget. Lots of stairs to climb, we got our work out. I could live there. If I stayed long term. I’d add heavy curtains to Both windows in the small roadside bedroom. Noisy Nights/Bright way bright in the morning. My husband a former firefighter thought he was on call all night. a rooftop fireplace. Would we stay again?

Great for the cost!
I had to call the office on my way into town to get my entry email sent. The girl swore she’d sent it, but she hadn’t. I don’t delete many emails and it wasn’t in my spam or junk mail. She simply hadn’t sent it. That being said, she quickly sent it, and we were able to enter the unit without issue.
This place has a great setup, layout and vibe. The location made it easy to get into Nashville. Uber’s were quick and cheap into town. There’s nothing other than Dollar General within walking distance, so make sure you have a car or an Uber/Lyft account. The rental itself is spacious and pretty clean, but there was a few things that give it the 3-1/2 to 4 stars. The couch cushions are flat and it made the couch very uncomfortable to sit on for longer than 10 minutes. We were hanging out with friends and wanted to just relax and chat a few times, but the flat awkward couch made it uncomfortable. The upper windows in the bedrooms do not have coverings, so they let in the light a little too early after a late travel night and a late night out on the town. The fridge upstairs in the bar area wasn’t cool when we got there. My husband messed around with the settings and it seemed cooler by the time we left, but we didn’t end up using it. The kitchen had everything we could need, and that was great. The beds had divots in the center, so while they weren’t the worst I’ve had in a rental, they weren’t awesome. The style and decor was very cool, and we had fun while we were in Nashville, so all in all, I’d still call it a win.

East Nashville
The super cute condo met the needs of our girls weekend. Heavy luggage may need to stay downstairs, if you are not willing to carry up the stairs. It is centrally located, with uber rides to downtown. We rented a car for daytiime excursions, but used Uber at night. Has a cute outdoor patio to enjoy your coffee or wine. Does sit on a busy street, so if you are wanting a quite country experience, this will not meet your needs.

The rental was just as pictured. Rooftop deck, kitchen and beds with bathrooms nicely decorated. I appreciate that the towels were clean and beds were comfy. We were able to make breakfast in the morning and take Monday naps when needed. Did not like people playing catch by our vehicles.

Overall happy
We booked our original property a year ago for this New Years Eve. We were called a few weeks ago and told that the original booking had not been cleared by the city due to structural issues due to the explosion. We were offered a choice of 3 other properties all located in east Nashville. The area is slowly being renovated but is still not what I consider safe to walk in and there is absolutely no view. Our view was of old abandoned cars. The property is nice and in a few years it will probably be built up around it. We were very happy with the unit itself and did not feel unsafe when inside. We just thought they should have offered us something by Broadway since that is what we rented originally and also should have let us know sooner because it was so late when they told us that we couldn’t find anyplace else.

Fun & comfort so close to downtown!
Very comfortable stay, plenty of room for three couples. A short scooter or Uber ride to downtown for about $12-15! Groceries, DoorDash, liquor- almost anything you could want delivered!! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean, well equipped, in a good location and was SO much better than any motel we could find. We were able to have some peace and quiet as well as a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. The deck was a great plus for this property. It also enabled us to eat in as a family instead of finding places to eat out for all of our meals.

Ladies Weekend - Nashville
Property was perfect for our stay! We had 6 ladies and we all fit comfortably. The place was clean and layout was beautiful. Easy walk to liquor store and General Dollar for house necessities. The only thing missing was a tall/body mirror. Location was secure and quick uber ride downtown. We paid for the early check-in and arrived a little earlier than noon, thank you for letting us check-in even earlier!!

Not really farmhouse
Beautiful place, safe, clean and well appointed....beautiful kitchen but would have appreciated a few basic kitchen cooking items - olive oil, vinegar, few spices...also no way are you walking anywhere around there. We used our truck all the time to get anywhere....but once there, very relaxing

A nicely decorated place. It felt like being at home! We really enjoyed the rooftop deck area, it was so nice to relax after a day of touring and having dinner. The area is up and coming so it doesn't seem safe at night. We didn't have any problems, just appearances. The bedroom facing the street, the street noise was a bit much and you can hear persons talking that are walking down the street. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs or a white noise machine might work. I was able to tune it out. When in Nashville again, we will stay here for sure.

Adorable townhouse
We stayed in this adorable townhouse for a friends bachelorette party. There was plenty of room for 5 girls and the house comes with everything you'll ever need. It's a close uber ride to downtown and we would definitely stay here again.

We found this property to be exactly as described. It was very clean, and in a location that was convenient to everything of interest to us during this trip. There were a couple of minor cosmetic maintenance issues, but nothing that affected the quality of our stay.

Outstanding Property
This property was the perfect fit for our family. While we weren't within walking distance to Broadway, Opryland or the Gulch they were each just a quick/cheap Lyft ride away. The property was very clean and I could not think of a negative thing to say about the property itself. The layout of the property was perfect with each level having its own function. Main level living space, second level bedrooms and the third level bar/Rooftop deck worked great. Without hesitation I would recommend this property to anyone.

Modern Cowboy-great place to stay in Nashville!
Modern Cowboy was a great choice for us. Professionally decorated, clean with a well appointed kitchen. Not real close to downdown but a 10 min Lyft ride. Loved the 3rd level patio with a distant view of the skyline.

Modern Cowboy was so perfect for us! It was in immaculate condition- clean and so beautifully decorated! Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and linens. Bedrooms were so comfortable! We even had a rooftop patio view of Nashville. So easy to Uber to our venues. We love Playlist Properties!!!
