Perfect House for a Weekend Nashville Getaway
We rented this house for a bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect house with plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Even though it was February we were able to spend time on the rooftop patio! The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. In addition to the accommodations, the location was great. We never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a Uber to go downtown. Highly recommend!

My friends and I loved our stay. Very clean and neat with lots of space. A beautiful home with games and a cozy roof deck. Our host was very responsive & kind. we were very happy all around! A 7$ Uber away from broadway is a prime location in my book!

This property was in the perfect location. We had a small issue with the AC but the management company and owner worked quickly to resolve the issue. We will definitely rent this again.

Gorgeous Girls Weekend
My girlfriends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained and had every amenity we could need. The staff was super helpful and friendly when I called to discuss our stay. The only minor downfall was that some of the rooms face the busy front street and it was noisy—but this would not deter me from staying again, just maybe bring a noise maker and earplugs :)

We had initially booked a different VRBO property for my 60th birthday and the location was unbearable, basically unsafe neighborhood. The property manager could not accommodate us with another property so I called Playlist Properties and they hooked us up with this property. We were so appreciative of their quick and kind response! Alex was awesome. The property was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and loved having a large garage to park my Tahoe. The Uber charges were reasonable. Loved being close to shopping in 12 South neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as pictured, perfect location, beautiful home!
Had the best time staying here. Check in/check out were super easy. The house was just as pictured, very clean and luxurious. We never paid more than $10 to Uber anywhere, super close to Broadway, the Gulch, Music Row. Will absolutely be staying here again, highly recommend!

Best Bachelorette EVER
The house was great! The layout was a little different than what I was expecting but we made it work. Also, Uber drivers were a little confused on where to pick us up. Their GPS td them the back of the property by the garage. It was super easy to get in and out of which made checking in and out a breeze. It did look like Freddy Kruger went up the steps. There was more wall damage than I was expecting but it was clean and the wifi worked. We loved playing the girls game when we came home late. I truly had the best time and the house is beautifully decorated. I would recommend it!

Awesome place for a girls weekend.
Great spot for a girls weekend. So much space and it was in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in the Edgehill area. A quick, inexpensive uber down to the gulch or broadway. Place was clean - didn't feel like a "party property". Highly recommend.

The home was very clean and in a great area of Nashville. 5-10 minutes from downtown. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. Definitely would book this airbnb again for a future trip.

Celebrating 60 in Nashville!
10 woman celebrating a 60th birthday stayed at this property. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well stocked and beautifully appointed. We had a great time. Just know that if you are disabled or have trouble with stairs this is not the rental for you, it is on 3 levels.

Splendor & Style Nashville Indeed
We had a lovely stay. The home was very nice and comfortable for our group. It is a short walk to the 12 South and Belmont neighborhoods, a short drive/Uber to The Gulch and Downtown. Garage space and parking were excellent.
Some constructive feedback:
- Home is not really suitable for groups larger than 6 or 7 (max: 3 couples)
- Would be nice to add surround sound speaker system so guests can listen to music throughout house (i.e., in kitchen or on either deck)
- Light in master bath's shower did not work.
- Random person off street came knocking on Wedgewood door (minor security risk)
- Greeted by finding a few dead bugs lying around house
- Roof deck is great but we would have enjoyed it more if the propane tanks had not been empty

We have fixed the light in the master bathroom, the propane tanks on the rooftop have also been replaced with full ones, and lastly an exterminator has been out the the property to get rid of all bugs. Great place! We had 6 and had plenty of room to move around. The unit was clean and modern, stocked with all you would need.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
The staff at Playlist Properties went above and beyond to accommodate our needs before we even arrived. Easy to contact, easy to work with! And don’t even get me started on the actual property! This unit is fabulous. Clean, ultra modern, every amenity you could think of including washer/dryer. Roof top is beautiful. Great space for family and friends to hang out. Fantastic location to the Gulch, Broadway, etc. Would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Pictures don't do it justice
This house is so beautiful! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The main floor is gorgeous. They even had an entire bar area and wine refrigerator. Unlike most rentals we have stayed in, they actually had real art on the walls and very comfortable furniture. Our favorite space was the roof deck. One night we didn't even go out, we had so much space and privacy we just stayed on the roof. They provide you with a grill and gas for it, and a large ice box to put food and drinks in for the night. It was also really nice that all of us could sit together at the big round table on the main floor. We will definitely be making a return trip to my new favorite place!
