The main floor features an open floor plan with finished concrete throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and tools you need to enjoy cooking breakfast before heading out for the day or preparing a late-night snack after a full day in the City. Nothing but the best is provided, including stainless steel appliances, granite & quartz counters and modern chrome fixtures. The living area is outfitted with a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen bed. Enjoy upgraded amenities throughout the home including a large flat screen SmartTV in the living area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home.
The second level features hardwood floors throughout two private bedrooms; each with a full bath. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with warm upholstered headboards, and all the comforts of home. Nashville condo
The property was as described, roomy and clean. Not in an area of the city that I would go for a walk. I did feel safe while at the property and there was ample room for 6 ladies. Easy Uber or drive to downtown.

Sweet Nashville spot
City Vue was a great little townhome for our girls trip! 4 of us fit comfortably sharing the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as the half bath that was convenient when hanging out downstairs. We loved the rooftop lounge option, however is was HOT! No shade relief on the roof during the summer and, although spacious, it’s not very private and doesn’t have an actual view of the city(which was fine for us). The beds were very comfy and we had enough towels and washcloths for a weekend. Overall we loved the location, it was very convenient and just outside the city and close to east Nashville, but don’t plan on walking much.

Awesome girls’ trip
This property was excellent for 5 of us. Plenty of space, the kitchen was a huge plus, and 2.5 bathrooms were just what we needed. The rooftop deck was such a nice feature, and we used it every night. The contracts at Playlist Properties were easy to reach, helpful, and I would definitely rent from them again! This property was a quick drive from downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. Top notch location. We could walk to a coffee shop as well as an Italian/pizza restaurant. The parking area was well lit, and we felt safe coming and going in the morning and night.

Great location
We had a great first visit to Nashville and the CMA fest! The property location was perfect as it’s just down the street from Nissan Stadium! We really enjoyed the rooftop patio for our after concert nightcap’s and early morning coffee! The only thing we were disappointed in was that the second bedroom is not en-suite as was stated in description. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice place.
Everything was perfect except for the guy that drives a big white truck, who lives there. He parks in the spot next to the handicap parking spot where the handicap ramp is and he wouldn’t move at all and he was rude. I’m in a wheelchair and I couldn’t access the ramp and for that reason, I will never stay there again.

Girls Weekend to Nashville
We had such a great time in Nashville and this condo was the perfect place to stay. It was a little further out from the city than we would have liked, but very short uber rides and they were very accessible. Cute little liquor store down the road and a cute new breakfast restaurant opened up across the street.
I would advise not really walking around outside by your self at night, but during the day, it was not bad. East Nashville is an up and coming neighborhood and I can see the progress already. Cannot wait to visit again!

Nice place
This was a great place for what we used it for, which was mainly sleeping. It was very clean, and conveniently located for running all over Nashville like we did, but is definitely in a transitional neighborhood I would say. We had two couples staying here, so each of us got our own bed and bath, but there was not enough seating in the living are for us all to hang out unless one or two of us sat at the table/bar behind the couch...which was also the only table space in the rental except for the table up on the rooftop. We were able to enjoy the rooftop deck a few nights, lots of seating up there, but very hot also. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals or have drinks.
This would be a great long term rental for a single person or couple doing traveling work, but not the best for a group of 4 or more that want to hang out there for any amount of time.

Everything within 10 min
We had a great stay. Nice layout and the roof was wonderful. It was a super hot weekend so having everything within a 10 min drive was fantastic. I recommend this location and Playlist Properties.

New, Clean, Spacious, and Affordable
Very nice and clean place. The neighborhood isn’t super nice looking, but is in the process of being updated, cleaned up and modernized. Is is a 10 minute ride to Broadway and a quiet area.

We very much liked our stay there. It was clean, located in a great spot,and loved the roof top.( when we got to enjoy it after all the rain passed) Only issue was the ants. They were getting into our food on the island.

Modern and Accomodating
Lovely rental experience, just an Uber away from DT Nashville. 3 ladies stayed here comfortably. Rental was clean, A/C worked great and kept it cool, kitchen had all the utensils you would ever need. Would recommend. I wish there were walkable dinning or shops near by but trips cost less than $15 to commute locally. I worked closely with Alex on staying here, he was quick to respond and helpful.
