Great place to stay when in Nashville
We came to town as part of a longer trip and loved staying in this house. We had 5 adults and a baby and had plenty of room. The house is decorated so cute and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very homey and neighborhood was quiet. We had a rental car and drove to downtown, it was way too far to walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property for a group
We stayed here for my son’s 21st birthday trip with a group of friends. It was a great house, in a very convenient location. Easy freeway access when we wanted to drive or a $10 Uber ride to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, spacious, great bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Would have been nice to have a bit of coffee to get us started... Very secure. Conveniently located so that you could leave car parked at home since parking in town is so expensive. Would definitely go back.

Great big house
We loved the space and the open concept of the rental. The porch was a game changer in hanging out every morning and night. There were a few odds and ends that we wish we knew about prior to arrival. For cleaning supplies if sponges were provided to clean dishes, the carpets kept coming up when trying to get into the master bedroom, and I would recommend metal utensils for cooking as the plastic ones were flimsy. Overall great stay and enough room for 10 people.

Overall this was a good place to stay. There was ample common space and sleeping space. Some parts of the house weren’t in the best condition (shower door was broken, a/c vents were rusty). We also had a couple issues while walking to and from the nearby grocery store where people on the street became aggressive.

Amazing Property
My girlfriends and I loved our stay in Nashville at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and we especially loved the screened in porch. The Farmers Market was a short walk and we had breakfast there a couple of times. Downtown Nashville was a short Uber ride or about a half hour walk which we did during the day with no problems. We also found a grocery store close by that we could all walk to also. Area was safe and would definitely stay here again!!

Our downtown stay
We had a wonderful experience. The place was spacious and clean. Especially loved the screened in porch. Grocery store, farmers market, a few fast food places were definitely in walking distance. A walk to Broadway would be a bit much, you’d have to walk on highway and a lot of construction going on, but Ubers were rarely cheap and definitely available. Neighbors are very nice and it’s a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful house and great location!
There were 5 of us on a girls trip to Nashville and this house was perfect! The house was decorated so cute and uncluttered. It was spacious, comfortable and lovely. There was plenty of room for us and it was nice and clean. The location was great! We were in walking distance of the farmers market, (eateries, crafts and a stop for the hop on hop off tour, some stores and restaurants, and a short uber ride to Broadway St, and the airport, and 20 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry and the Gaylord hotel. Management was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. We all highly recommend this place and if we come back to Nashville will stay here again!

Perfect Trip started here...
The house was the perfect size for our group - 7 adults but only two couples. House was more spacious than expected and decorated perfectly. The screened in porch was awesome and was larger than we imagined and the place where we spent the most time. Short Uber ride ($10) to downtown made getting where we wanted quick and easy and eliminated any concern we had with walking due to the surrounding neighborhood. Also used the back deck multiple times especially for the grille. We had absolutely no complaints about the house and the property exceeded our expectations. Having two parking spots off the back alley was also very convenient and kept our vehicles off the street. Highly recommend this property.

A Nice Place In Nashville
Overall, our stay in this home was very nice. It was clean, well furnished and fairly well equipped. We were surprised to find that there is no closet (or even an armoire) in the master bedroom, so there was no place to hang clothes. There was also no pantry or cupboard available for storing food, if if it wasn’t refrigerated, it sat on the counter. The neighborhood is “transitional” with some homes, like ours, nicely renovated and others not as well cared for.

Dowtown Hideaway made for a great Getaway!
The Downtown Hideaway really suited our needs. Loved how spacious it was for or group. Had all the needed amenities. Really appreciated the hand soap and toiletries there until we could get supplies from the store. Groceries and liquor store close by. Walk to downtown was 30 minutes. Weather wasn't great while there so we didn't walk but the Uber/Lyft XL's were about $12-15 per ride. Only suggestion would be a fresh paint job. Walls/trim need a refresh. Would stay again!

We had a great long weekend stay. The house was perfect space for 7 of us. The management company was quick to respond to any questions. Walking distance to the farmers market and only a short Uber/Lyft to Broadway street. We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Loved this rental!
Absolutely loved staying at this property. Alex and John were so accommodating and flexible. The house much more spacious than the pictures seem and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. The beds were so comfortable. Great location. Definitely will book through them again next time I am in Nashville!

This was a very nice house. Loved the screened in side porch. Spent a lot of time out there. I would most definitely stay here again. Walked to the Farmers Market in the mornings. Walked to the sports bar in Germantown for the Badger game. Pretty luxurious accomodations.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Nashville!
We loved this Nashville home. Very clean and spacious. Not far from downtown. Decorated nice with lots of open spaces to gather. Our only small issue was that there were no small things for the kitchen including salt and pepper etc. It would have been nice to have those small things without having to purchase them. All and all, it was a fantastic stay!

Amazing house in a nice location
Spent four nights here with four of my girlfriends, we absolutely loved this house. Plenty of space to sleep and hang out. The house is even better than the pictures. Would definitely return!

Girls Trip
It was a great place to stay, felt safe, close to downtown, close to grocery store and the farmer's market! Beds were amazing (would love to know the brand of the mattresses!), overall, we all felt very comfortable and happy there! The only thing missing was no condiments! It would be nice if there were some spices, salt and pepper there. Other places I've stayed have had all that there, even oil. Just a suggestion.

Charming Comfortable home
Vacation rental was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with various cooking utensils & the screened in patio is beautiful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee out there each morning. The beds were extremely comfortable.
My only recommendation would be some sort of blind in the master bedroom window......the sun comes in there bright and early.
Trips to downtown were very easy and Uber’s were there within 1 to 2 minutes.

wonderful home away from home
We had a wonderful time in Nashville and at the house. The beds were SO comfortable! The one thing that was unexpected was there were were no spices or cleaning items (salt, pepper, broom, vacuum) that we could find. Nor was there anything to listen to music, which seemed strange for a place in "Music City". It would have been nice to at least have salt and pepper available and make some matches for the candles. Not having these items certainly didn't ruin our stay, they're just nice to have type things. Overall, we loved the property and coming and going was so easy!

We absolutely loved all of the decor and furnishings. The beds were so comfortable. Our favorite space was probably the screened in porch and the back deck. There is plenty of different areas within the home for socializing for everyone in one area or a few people in many places. The location was great and quiet and a very affordable uber drive to downtown.

Girls weekend getaway
We loved this property. We had a group of ladies for a long weekend and we all loved the property. Great location close to downtown. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and space that makes sense. We spent a lot of time in the covered porch. The are is up and coming, a little sketchy a few blocks away but we never felt unsafe. Air conditioner upstairs was broken but Playlist Properties was quick to get someone over to fix it. I would highly recommend this property!

This house was perfect for our 4 day stay. It was less than 2 miles from the bars and the Uber was only about 5-7$! The house was very spacious. We slept 12 and there was still a extra couch. It does come with two cots as well which we did not know! I would definitely stay again and recommend this house to anyone!

Perfect Location for our Friendscation
The property was perfect, very well maintained, clean and decorated nicely. This was one of the largest houses we could find without paying an outrageous price, so it helped to keep our budget friendly vacation right where we needed it (there were six of us). We had initial troubles using the keypad to get in as our code wouldn't work, but it was fixed within five minutes of arriving at the rental. The house is within walking distance to downtown; however we chose to use Lyft/Uber to get around being it was typically less than $5 between Broadway and the Gulch. We were walking distance to a Kroger and to an amazing little breakfast place. Perfect location. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a house to stay at in Nashville.

Perfect for Group of 6-8
My group and I truly enjoyed out stay at this property. There were 8 of us girls in town for a bachelorette party and the house was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone had a bed and plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. The location was great as it was only a $6 Uber ride downtown or to The Gulch.

The property presented pretty much as advertised. We loved the side porch and the overall spaciousness. We used a cab or drove to Broadway Ave. We experienced one issue which was professionally handled by Playlist beyond our satisfaction. We stayed 10 middle aged adults and honestly the sleeping arrangements would better accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 kids or young adults. The neighborhood felt safe. Playlist treated us well and we would definitely use their service again.

Great Location!!!!
The décor was perfect for Nashville conducive to our bachelorette festivities. Comfortable and fitted with all the amenities we needed. The place is close to everything, though Uber and walking during the day with time.Staff responded quickly and resolved any issues we had, they sent someone to fix the showerhead within an hour, yet I would still recommend the shower be replaced; pressure is everything. Despite that hiccup, I would return again.

Great place just outside of downtown!
We had a great experience at this property. I went to Nashville with a group of 10 friends for a fun weekend and this was the perfect property for our stay! It slept everyone comfortably and was a short uber ride from downtown. The property managers were a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Rental of Music City Hideaway
The rental property was awesome. Great location. In walking distance to some events. Ocktoberfest was in full swing and the location was 3 blocks away. Great coffe shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to Broadway and Music City by car or Uber. Alex from Playlist was is fantastic to work with. Any needs we had were met immediately. The house is great. It was very clean and comfortable. We slept 11 people comfortably. Full kitchen with upgraded appliances. The Master is beautiful. All appliances worked. The side porch was wonderful to have a minute to yourself or enjoy with others. Two separate gathering areas worked well for our large group especially to watch your football games. I would give the house a 10 and Alex from Playlist a 10+. We will definitely be back.

Music City Downtown Hideway Stay Perfect for Bachlorette Weekend
Overall our stay was just wonderful. A bit of a rocky start with check due to a mis- communication and lack of email but once that was cleared up it was amazing. The house was very clean, super comfortable and amazingly decorated. Home away from home and made it just perfect to all hang out and spend time together. Quick and easy short drive to all areas of Nashville. Brew Bus Pub Tour, Studio B Tour w/ Country Music Hall of Fame, Tootsie's, Acme Feed & Seed, The Farmhouse, Whiskey Kitchen, Pancake Pantry, Biscuit Love, Another Cracked Egg, Edley's BBQ, Saint Anejo, The Big Bang, Jackalope Brewery, Southern Grist. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing house!
We came to Nashville for our Beachbody Coach Summit and this house was absolutely perfect for us. It's decorately SO cute and is so very spacious. If we are ever in town again, this is definitely the house we will stay at again. It's not a long Uber ride to downtown, about $5 is all the ride is. Playlist Properties was a joy to work with and made everything super easy and seamless!! Definitely a great place to stay and a wonderful company to work with!

Perfect "Home Away From Home" -
Spent a long weekend celebrating my birthday with my girlfriends and couldn't have had a better place to stay. It's about a 10 dollar (including tip) Uber or Taxi ride to downtown. It is close enough to walk but not an easy walk so driving was easier. There is a great Farmer's Market just a few minutes walk away and it is great! The house had all the amenities that we needed and more! I will be back!

Excellent accommodate for your Nashville visit!
This property is as lovely as it appears in the photos. It is a beautiful home in a great location especially if you are visiting Nashville without a car. We had a group of six women staying at the property. There was lots of room for everyone and all of their belongings and, really pleasant and relaxing places to hang out. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch that looks out onto a large yard. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and walked everywhere around including to downtown and to the Farmers Market. The information book prepared by the owner/manager was also very helpful and had useful information such as using UBER to get around. Make time to go for a B-Cycle ride to really enjoy the city. Great music, great atmosphere. We would highly recommend this property and a visit to Nashville!

Music City Downtown Hideaway
From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by Alex, our experience was positive. We thought the home was well appointed and well decorated. It was a wonderful place to come back to after being out and about.
