Nashville Graduation Weekend
Bedrooms are on 2nd/3rd floors. Harder for elderly people to get up/down. Some late night partiers next door made it difficult to sleep one night but that seems to be the design of this complex (short term rentals/people looking to have a good time). Kitchen items always seem to come up lacking in VRBO rentals (low quality pans and no cookie sheets). There were plenty of good quality bath towels. comfortable living room and very close to Belmont campus. Easy Urber to downtown fun as well.

Loved our accommodations, we had 11 women in our group and this was the perfect place for us. Location was great as well.

Great place for a big group
We loved the set up of this house and location. It was a quick and easy drive to all the main areas that you’d want to go to. The house was decorated really cute and everything was so comfortable. We had a big group of girls so it was nice if you wanted to hang out you could but if you wanted to relax, you can go upstairs and not be disturbed.

Music Row Gem
This condo was perfect for our girl's trip. It was decorated beautifully and was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms were lovely and most had their own private bath. The place looked brand new. It also has a front porch perfect for enjoying the Nashville weather. The location was good, a short uber drive away from most attractions. Parking was easy. Communication with the management company was professional. We did not have any issues while we were there.

Great for Girl's Weekend
We had five guests for a long girls weekend and really enjoyed the place. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. If you have problems with stairs, this is probably not the right place. Location we thought was somewhat sketchy but then realized we were close to everything, so it worked out well (short Uber rides to all the attractions)

Wonderful
Our family had a wonderful time in Nashville and this townhouse worked out perfectly. The 3 levels provided for privacy if someone wanted it. It was very clean and the management team was very helpful. The location was great!

Friends getaway
My husband and I frequently visit Nashville to see our son and his family. For this trip we brought three other couples who have never been to Nashville. Our trip was originally scheduled for March of 2020 but was canceled when Covid shut everything down. The staff was so cooperative in allowing us to cancel and then reschedule for the same house at our convenience. We had a wonderful time. The home was spotless, well equipped and in a great location.

Great property with a great location!
10 of us stayed at this property and we all slept comfortably. Pictures don’t do this property justice- everything was so nice and really well taken care of for being a rental. The location was PERFECT and we never had to pay more than $13 to travel anywhere. We would absolutely rent again.

The condo was just awesome. Very roomy. With lots of space. We had a bachelorette group and a group celebrating a 50th! And we had lots of room. Plenty of bathrooms!

A Much Needed Getaway
It was a very nice location and a very nice place to stay. There were a few items that were broken or did not work but nothing that really affected our stay. The maintenance staff were very kind, professional and responsive in trying to get things fixed. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would recommend this location to others. We had a great time and very comfortable stay in our location.

Nashville weekend
In Nashville for a volleyball tournament at Vanderbilt and Chiefs football game with 3 other couples. The place was perfect and a short drive/Uber ride to both places. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and Great Location!
We had a group of eight women stay here for three nights. One of our best trips to date! The layout of the home was great for us. The rental was very clean and Playlist Properties was extremely helpful with every step of our booking! Furniture was comfortable and functional, plenty of space for food in the fridge and pantry, bathrooms were spacious and gorgeous! The rental was in a part of town that is being turned over, but we felt safe with the security locks/codes on doors. It was a quick Uber ride to most locations.

EdgeHill Condo
Nicely designed 3-level condo that provides traveling couples with enough space for privacy and group activities. Location is up & coming ... so not within walking distance but quick (< 5 min) ride to many popular locations.

Amazing Condo Super Close to Downtown
This rental was amazing! We recently traveled to Nashville for a work conference, and this place fit the bill. While it was outside of the city center, it was literally an 8 minute uber into the heart of downtown, and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an uber. Super clean, no shortage of amenities. There is a garage area, although it's not attached to the condo itself. It's on the edge of a very posh neighborhood, which I think describes most of the city. We never felt unsafe, but we always kept our doors locked.
Some caveats about the house - it is three levels, so if you're at all worried about traversing stairs, maybe not the place for you. There were 4 bathrooms, but only 3 were attached to the rooms, with the other being a half bath off the kitchen. Since we were all coworkers, one person had to share a shower. Not a big deal, but something to think about. The rooms were well appointed, comfy mattresses and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. You could hear some road noise, but it wasn't unbearable. This condo is attached by one wall to another condo, and we were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear anything - and it was a bachelorette party next door :)
Overall, you won't be disappointed with this place - the company was very easy to work with and made check in and check out super easy. So much to see and do in Nashville, and this little condo was the perfect place to rest and relax in between the craziness of downtown.

Great Nashvegas home
Rental was exactly as listed. Super clean. Lots of room. About $10 uber ride to Broadway. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone awesome time.

Swanky Modern Home
Everything was great at the house! Clean, new and lots of room for people. Very close to downtown! The only negative is there are A lot of stairs you have to travel up to if you are on the very top floor. Wouldn't be a good home for someone that can't walk well.

Excellent Experience!
Property description was accurate. House is super clean and trendy with an ideal location. Walkable to some restaurants and bars and a short uber ride away from everything else. Well stocked and plenty big enough to fit our party of 12. Customer service was top notch!!! The house was missing two of twin roll away beds upon arrival but the issue was resolved right away. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and made check in and check out a breeze. I would 100% recommend!!! Thank you playlist properties :))
