Cards and board games are available for the down times.
We have a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, crock pot, pots and pans, and dishes for dining in to serve everyone.

Smaller than I though
The apartment was smaller than I thought which is to be expected. They were kind enough to give us a list of inquiries we had around the city. Be very careful, when we got back home the bathroom was locked, we were told they are old doors that can lock themselves. Staff was helpful with opening it after prompting us to try to use a credit card to shim the lock. They did come out to help us which I appreciate.

Great place & location to explore downtown.
Close enough walk to downtown area, quiet, and lovely view on the cozy back patio. Only the very basics provided in the kitchen, so anything beyond basic cooking would be a struggle. Place is coz, comfortable, and updated decor. It was the perfect set up for us to explore the downtown life.

such an amazing little place right on the water
We love the location right between Germantown and Broadway. You could walk to either location. Just walk along the river to Broadway. Place was so cute and clean and perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better vacation rental.

Quick Trip to Nashville
This is a nice small one bedroom apartment located closed to downtown, the ball park and only 6 miles from the airport. Many walkable attractions like the Musicians Hall of Fame and First Horizon Field. Daytime walks to Broadway are also possible, it is a little over a mile. Downside is this area has some homeless people that seem to hang out close by. I noticed a tent camper in the park just outside the property. The location has security on site overnight and we never had any problems but I can see where this might make someone nervous. It is also located within a few blocks of what appears to be the jail.

Anniversary Trip
We had a great time in Nashville celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The property was great and a short walk from Broadway district and area restaurants. We will be back!

Fun times in Nashville!
Property served it's purpose, great proximity to downtown, quarters were exactly as described. I am dissatisfied with an additional $96 junk fee that was assessed (on 8/18/22) but never disclosed. Please provide a reasonable explanation or a refund for this fee. I agreed to pay $856.50, not $952.50. Thank you.

Great Location
Great location on the Cumberland River and in the up and coming Germantown neighborhood. 20 minute walk to the Ryman, Broadway and Downtown. The unit includes bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Unit could use some updating. Property Manager is very responsive.

Nice little place on the water
We had a nice stay at the condo. The bed was very comfortable. It mostly had the supplies you needed for a few day stay - I would suggest bringing a bar of soap though as they only provided a travel size body wash. The area is a little odd and is close to the jail, but we always felt safe. It was nice to have a view of the water, although we were off exploring so much we didn't get to enjoy it much. I'd stay here again if in Nashville.

Cutest Little place.
We came from MT and enjoyed a few days in Nashville. My stay in the Riverfront property was amazing. We walked to Broadway most days. When I needed a late checkout due to a medical injury they accommodated my needs. This will definitely be at the top of my list when we come back.

Perfect space for a couples retreat!
The condo was very clean. All the descriptions matched. Super close to downtown area! The bed was very comfortable and Playlist Properties was very responsive. We booked this last minute and could not have been more pleased!

Pretty cozy!
Great location. 5-8 minutes from everything. Bed and bath linens are high quality. Had problems with tv, called host and they sent someone over in about an hour. Highly recommend

Nashville getaway

Riverfront in the City
First time to Nashville, this rental was close to interstate, the baseball field, walkable to downtown Nashville during the day, preferred an Uber for nighttime trip to Broadway. Beautiful furnishings, quiet, cozy, comfortable wish I could have enjoyed the rental more there was just so much to see and do. Certainly would recommend to anyone.

Loved the riverfront
Overall this is a super cute condo right on the riverfront. Ubering from here ran us about $10 one way. I did have a question as to where the thermostat was, as I couldn't find for an entire day. Turns out if was hiding behind a tall lamp shade, the problem was the manangement company never replied to my emailing if you're the owner, you should address the lack of communication on the company. As a fellow VRBO owner, I feel communication of any sort should be address in a timely fashion. Also, the fitted bed sheet would not stay on the bed, which I have to say is not comfortable. Nothing worse than waking up on the mattress pad below, or fighting with the sheet all night long.

Perfect for us
The condo is very cute and beautifully furnished. It’s lication is right at rivers edge so you can see the barges going by. The outside of the bldg doesn’t look like much esp with the railroad tracks. The general area is a bit sketch but undergoing lots of new construction and renovation. The big plus is that it’s not far from downtown.

Great place to stay
We stayed here to celebrate my nieces 21st birthday. We had a car. The weather was cold so not sure if we would have been as happy if we did not have a rental car. The unit did not have sheets for the pull out bed and it took about 2 hours for someone to drop them off. That was difficult as we were tired from traveling.

Enjoyed first visit to Nashville
Our rental was very nice. The hub-bub of downtown Nashville was just a few blocks away (past the police station/jail). We always felt safe. We also hit Oktoberfest in Germantown which was a few blocks in the other direction.

Great Place to Stay in Nashville!!
We stayed at the Riverfront Condo for a week and loved the location with the covered easy parking so close to downtown. The unit is bright and cheerful, clean, and was very comfortable.

Great spot near all of the action
The condo is in a beautiful location right on the river. While the walk to downtown is short it is not a walk I would make after dark. The condo is adorable with all that we needed on hand.

Christmas in Nashville
This property was perfect for what we needed.. It is in a quiet location away from the hussle of downtown. It is next to the jail but we never felt unsafe, even at night....We used Lyft and traveled all over, its pretty cheap. Make sure you have EVERYTHING needed, there are no convienience stores anywhere nearby.

Fun time in the Riverfront
We had a wonderful stay in an immaculate condo. Well appointed space, with many amenities. We were 2 adults that didn't want the hotel for or visit.
Nice kitchen, bring things for food storage, plastic wrap etc. Otherwise it was pretty well stocked with all you would need. They even dropped off a small Christmas tree for our stay.
Location was great, we like to walk so the city was a 15 minute walk, but a quiet location to come back to.
We plan to return and enjoy a little warmer weather next time.
