Great Property!
I stayed here for a girls trip with 7 other women and this property was the perfect size and the perfect distance from downtown. There is plenty of space, including many bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was very clean when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property.
The only issue we encountered was that there were individual thermostats in each room but they didn’t appear to work properly and you are unable to open the windows. This made the bedroom a little warm one night but there are fans in each room which was helpful. If this had been a bigger issue for us we would have reached out to management and I’m sure they would have been more than helpful.

Great Place to Stay
We had 8 people and this place was amazing for all of us. Each of the bedrooms had their own en-suites and then there were two additional full bathrooms making it easy for everyone to get ready.
The location was quick uber rides to everywhere we went (Broadway, The Gulich, Germantown, etc.) The actual neighborhood looked a little questionable at first but we never felt unsafe and was extemely quiet.
The only thing I would recommend to the management company is to have the walls cleaned. It looks like people spilled drinks on the walls as they were coming down the stairs and the walls are stained. Other than that, plenty of amentities provided and we enjoyed our stay.

Nashville Mothers & Daughters vacay
Location was great - easy to get to downtown. Great places to eat within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Patio furniture was not that comfortable but overall a perfect place for our group of 10!

Great location and amazing house
This property is in a great location in a trendy neighborhood, but still a quick Uber to downtown. The house itself is spacious and everything was perfectly clean. The rooftop voee of downtown was an extra bonus. I highly recommend this location.

We are a party of six that I enjoyed this, modern, up-to-date, impeccably, clean condo that afforded us, lots of space and privacy. Communication with the property manager, Alex, was easy as he went out of our way to answer our questions and make us feel special.
