1 week vacation stay
Very clean and wonderful service provided by Playlist Properties when needed. Wonderful having an on suite bathroom for all bedrooms. There are a lot of steps in this house, if you have trouble with steps this is not the place for you. The view of downtown Nashville at night was beautiful and we really enjoyed the lounge on the roof top lounge area.

Great House for a Group of All Ages
We were in Nashville for a softball tournament. Our group (10) consisted of people from age 12-73.
Pros:
*Game room was perfect
*House nicely decorated
*Rooftop area was amazing (great for viewing July 4th fireworks)
*Each bedroom had a bathroom plus 2 additional full baths
*Playlist was quick to respond to issues (lock on garage door was non functioning)
*Close to downtown... not walking distance but a short drive.
Cons
*Many, many stairs
*Kitchen lacked common items (dishrags, hand towels, measuring cups, mixer); I realize many people don't cook while in Nashville but we did 1-2 times)
*Location: we didn't have any issues but being outside at night made me uncomfortable
*Cleaniness was adequate; there were several areas that could have been cleaner (rugs, floors)
Overall it was a great stay, and I would book this house again.

Perfect spring break it away
Perfect spring break it away. The house was exactly as described. The views did not disappoint at night from the rooftop. The kids spent a lot of time in the basement game room. It was the right amount of space for the 12 of us. I would definitely rent from this company again. They were very easy to work with.

Super fun property!
The unit had plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The game room was a hit for sure! Super convenient location for all Nashville activities and tons of restaurants close by.

Great house!
I rented this house for my birthday party. It was great. The game room was so much fun and took pressure off of me to entertain everyone. It came stocked with shot glasses, cocktail glasses, & even a cocktail shaker. The view from the top floor balcony was an amazing view of downtown Nashville everyone had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this house. You won't be disappointed.

Gentlemen unit
There were 12 women in this rental and we had more than enough space! We were provided with all the essentials. Some of the girls enjoyed the Karaoke machine. Location was great. They suggested a ride service that we used on a regular basis.

Beautiful Nashville Home
Rented this home for our 3 day Nashville stay this past July. Was a bit hesitant on booking because the house had just become available and had no reviews yet. However, the house blew us away and was even better than expected. Extremely spacious and all the rooms, beds, and bathrooms are as advertised. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The property manager, Alex, was extremely friendly and made the rental & check-in process very easy. During peak rush hour, the main downtown area was less than a 15 minute drive/uber. The Downtown can be seen from the rooftop patio and from some of the bedrooms making it pleasant to hang out up there. Would definitely rent this place again and would highly recommend you get in touch with Alex at Playlist Properties for any of your Nashville rental needs. They are a true pleasure to work with!

Music City Grand Prix Vaca
We had a place originally reserved at a location that was very close to Broadway street and Nissan stadium. About 2 weeks before our trip we were told that our rental had issues possibly from the bomb my that went off over Christmas.
Alex offered us this place which was recently constructed and much more roomy. The view from the deck on top floor was spectator looking over the city (Great to see fireworks).The place was beautiful and the only downfall was it was about 1.5 miles from downtown. We had to walk, Uber, bird every time we went to track/Broadway. Also, the wifi was weak. All things considered we were happy with our stay and Alex did a very good job. If we go back next year I will look for playlist properties again.

A PERFECT 10! ��
5 stars isn’t enough of a rating. 10! This property was fabulous! The location was close to all sections of Nashville. Alex went over and above to help and to answer any questions I had regarding the property, restaurants, places to go, etc. He was helpful throughout the entire booking from start to finish. Whatever I asked, he followed through to make sure our group was taken care of. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, the amenities were perfect, more than enough space for our 4 couples. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need. TVs in every room and common area. The home was beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooftop deck and view of the skyline was the icing on the cake. Lauren at Playlist Properties was a doll and was available throughout to help with any questions as well. I would book with them again in a heartbeat! You don’t get customer service like this often. Thank you, Alex, Lauren and Playlist Properties for helping make our Nashville stay as fabulous as it was.
