Whatever your group plans, this home will make it easier for everyone to spread out (11 beds total), enjoy some “pre-game cocktails” on the large top floor balcony, then crash after taking in the sights sounds of Nashville. With its prime location, you’ll also have the neon lights of Broadway, some of Nashville’s largest museums and music venues, Vanderbilt, Music Row/Edgehill, 12th South, Belmont & Midtown, all within 5 minutes.

Perfect House for a Girls Trip or Bachelorette
I can’t recommend this property enough. It’s new, beautifully decorated, clean, and a great layout to house a large group of girls. Each room has comfortable accommodations and its own bathroom. The location was convenient to Broadway and the Nashville airport with a quick Uber/Lyft ride, too.

Very Nice, Close to Downtown
We enjoyed our experience and appreciated the cleanliness and close proximity to Broadway. Plenty of space and lots of bathrooms which was nice as we had a large group. Hope to be back some day!

Great place
Great communication with management. Property had everything we needed for our group. Very convenient to downtown and highways to other attractions but area was not as nice as we would have liked. Its definitely a transitional area.

Wonderful property
We stayed here in April for my daughter's bachelorette party. It's a beautiful house, we loved it. It was close to Broadway and Lyft rides were not expensive. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Perfect Spot!
Great location, just minutes from downtown! We loved the house and I especially loved working with the Playlist Property team. Alex was incredible and went beyond my expectations, each time something was needed.
