Location was great! We were able to walk to many places & it was a short drive to the museums & downtown. Check in & out was seamless. We had 7 adults & 2 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean & comfortable. We had a great trip to Nashville! We will be back!

From booking to checking out, my experience with Playlist Properties was outstanding. Michael went the extra few miles to meet all my needs. Response time to all my emails, texts or phone calls was immediate. Everyone I met or spoke with was very friendly and professional.
The property was perfectly located - walking distance to downtown Gulch, short drive to Broadway.
The property was described accurately, except for the number of stairs which was fine for us, but if there was someone who had trouble with stairs it would have been a problem.

This was a great house for 8 of us to spend a long weekend in. Very modern, clean and exactly what we needed. Close to Gulch and not a bad walk to Broadway or Uber.
The Rental company was very responsive and great to work with. Actually one of us left some clothes in closet and reached out a few days later and they actually sent them back to us! Great company!

We spent 5 nights the first week of May at this unit in Nashville with our 3 grown children and their partners. Eight in total. This place has everything! It’s very spacious and had great sleeping arrangements for 4 couples. The kitchen & living room are very spacious, we fit both cars in the garage and enjoyed morning coffee & drinks at night on the rooftop patio. My son also enjoyed playing the guitar!
Only suggestions would be a fan in the back bedroom since it was quite hot and more furniture, turf & an umbrella on the roof.

The rental was spacious, clean and walkable to a lot of locations in the Gulch and toward Broadway, (which took a little longer but is very doable). We had no issues at all and would recommend and rent this again!

Beautiful Home in Nashville
We were a group of 9 staying in this house. It was very spacious but one bedroom had 2 twin beds so someone had to sleep in the living room. The couch didn’t pull out but there was a futon sort of thing that they slept on.
The kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked with everything you may need if you were preparing meals. It was about a 25 walk to Broadway. The rooftop deck was nice to have as well.

Best House!
Rented for a long weekend with girlfriends and truly was the best airbnb/rental house we've been to. It felt like a true house. Rentals usually have minimal furniture, minimal towels etc but this was fully stocked. We landed in the middle of a snow storm and they answered my quick phone call to let us check in early when we had truly nowhere else to go. Will be back! Was even available when we had a question on how to turn on the fireplace.

Fabulous 21st In Nashville
Our property was perfect for our daughter’s 21st Birthday! She had several friends come and the property was great with beds for everyone! There were plenty of bathrooms too which was needed having so many girls attending! The location was wonderful too...close to The Gulch & a $6 Uber to Broadway! The customer service was wonderful when I had questions. Thank you for a great rental!!

Friends 60th Birthday Trip
Very nice place! Clean, modern and roomy with everything needed for a girls get-away! Beds were very comfortable and nice bathrooms in each room! We enjoyed cooking breakfast there and dinner a few nights! Kitchen had everything we needed! Close to grocery stores, restaurants/bars in the Gulch and a short ride to downtown!

Lots of room
This was very spacious and private for 4 couples. Each bedroom was quiet from the others and the beds were very comfortable. The only obstacle I could see for future renters is the many stairs. We had no problem with them. However, others may need to be realistic and don’t overestimate your abilities.

Beautiful place close to downtown Nashville!
This place is beautiful and very clean! It was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops in the gulch. Our group had a wonderful time and there was plenty of space for everyone - the rooftop was a nice addition as well.
Playlist Properties was excellent to work with too - very accommodating when we had to change our date due to covid. The whole process couldn't have been easier! I would definitely book through them again and highly recommend!

The location of this house was great! Too far to walk, but a VERY SHORT Uber/Lyft ride. The description of the house and amenities was very accurate. The house was very clean and there weren’t any problems. The manager was very accommodating and friendly. He was also there to answer any questions we had! I would definitely recommend this place & we would definitely stay here again! During our short trip, we spent a lot of time on Broadway and it was an amazing experience!

Fun Girls Trip to Nashville -
We loved this Property! I would say that it really only sleeps 8-9 people comfortably. It is within walking distance to some restaurants & bars in the Gultch, you cross over the highway but there is a safe sidewalk.
We had originally booked this trip for April but Mgmt company would not let us cancel with full refund, even though it was Covid, so that was disappointing. But glad we went in late October before everything gets crazy again. Nashville is handling the virus well- enforcing masks & no dancing. BUT LIVE MUSIC IS EVERYWHERE! And there was plenty of space at the house to have our own dance party. There was 7 of us.

Perfect for girls get together
What a perfect house for a girls getaway. Starting from the management agency responding quickly and ease of check-in and check-out. The house was very clean and spacious. It had all essentials (towels, linens, paper towels, hand and dish soap). The only thing missing with a house full of girls was there was only one full length mirror. The property was on walking distance to the Gulch and a 5 minute drive to Broadway and 20 min to Grand Old Opry. Especially loved the rooftop patio. This property added to making our first trip to Nashville amazing. Would highly recommend this property.

Went to Nash for four nights for NY 2020. Hawkins Executive is such a nice place to stay! Soooo close to Broadway right off 12th. 1.3 miles away.
Home is very spacious. Great amenities. Plenty of tvs and elbow room for 10-12 people. No complaints at all. We’ll be back!

Beautiful home, perfect location!
Although we knew the house was nice based on reviews and online photos, it far exceeded our expectations. Everything is up to date, clean, and nice. Only 2 blocks from The Gulch and a very short Uber ride to Broadway downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and very clean. The beautiful kitchen has all you need to cook that is not food related. So if you are planning to cook, you need to purchase all your staple items;spices, oils, condiments, etc. Short Uber ride to Downtown. Fantastic rooftop patio. Will stay here again.

LADIES GET AWAY WEEKEND
Had a great time with my sister, sisters-in-law and mom for an early birthday (for me:)), to check out Nashville and to see WICKED! Overall, this condo was only complaints would be that we had issues with the TV in the living room (they tried to walk us through over the phone, but needed to come out to fix, which they did). I'd suggest adding a page to your binder, explaining which remotes are needed, as there were quite a few. The location looks like it is an up and coming area, hence older, needing repair, homes between the condos and new construction. Maybe the complexes are purchasing those and demolishing and building new condos? A bit of an eyesore and the construction woke us every morning, but I anticipate it being a beautiful area very soon. We enjoyed the walk down the street and across the bridge for our meals and shopping. A quick Lyft drive gets you to Broadway and honky tonks, no problem.

Great stay!
We stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday and were pleased with the property and location. The Gulch was walkable. 12 South was very close but a little too far to walk for us. We chose to take a 5 minute Uber ride instead. The management company was very responsive to all questions and needs. I'd stay here again!

The home was beautiful and Playlist Properties was great to work with. They had alerted us in advance to a conflict with our original rental (no fault of theirs) and they bent over backwards to find us a new comparable rental and make our weekend great.

Fantastic Home!
Great home, great location! Walking distance to The Gulch and all the great things happening there. A short cab/Uber/Lyft ride to everything else. LOVE this place. It's just beautiful as well. We had a sick family member who ended up in bed the whole vacation--we needed a late check out closer to our plane departure and I got a prompt call after leaving a voicemail on the main office line. I got a quick response and everything worked out really well. Definitely our next place to stay when we're in Nashville again!

Review of Hawkins Executive Suite
Overall we had a great time in the rental in Nashville. It was in a great location, had a great open floor plan where everyone can socialize together and was really nice overall.
A couple of issues did arise. There were only 3 trash bags provided which was mildly inconvenient since we had to dump and reuse trash bags. Maybe a list of suggested items to bring could include that.
Additionally, A renter for the other suite that was attached somehow wondered into our unit and told us that the rental company had double booked it. We advised him that we had paid for an would be using the unit until that Sunday, but him and his wife felt that the unit was double booked. I'm not sure how he got into our unit as the doors should lock 30 seconds after they close, but he went on his way and we didn't have any additional issues with him.

Manager Response: We are glad you enjoyed this amazing home and the great location it is in! How curious about the neighbor. There is another rental in the neighboring home, but it is puzzling that someone else come onto the property. We do have all of the smart locks programmed to lock 30 seconds after the door is closed. We are not sure what to make of this, as the home very secure with smart locks and alarm system if guests like to use it. (The owners often stay in the home and the furnishings are very high-end. they opted to add an alarm system since the home is sometimes vacant during the weekdays.)

We were visiting form my sister's 50th birthday. The property was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family who all came to town for the weekend!

Amazing place!
The rental is exactly the way the pictures look! Well built, plenty of room, very home like feel! We had a great time and was well taken care of. I would recommend this to anyone and when we come back to Nashville we willl be staying here.

Absolutely Perfect!
The first time I saw this rental I knew it was the one, and my instincts did not disappoint! The house just incredible and was ideal for my group of 9 girls. I'm a huge fan of architecture and interior design and both were top notch. The house is industrial, yet cozy and modern, yet warm. I loved the four flights of stairs and the idea of something different on each floor. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed to cook, clean, sleep, etc. Bathrooms were all incredible, especially the one in the master and the closest space has left me feeling very sad here back in NYC! Furnishings were beautiful; clean but with character and beds were very comfortable. I especially appreciated the small touches such as the guitar that you could play, and the digital lock for the doors that was SO helpful for a big group (not having to keep swapping the keys so you could do anything at your leisure). The ONLY minor flaws are the walkway to the door which was not well thought out as it's pretty dangerous with so many openings between the stones, and the hedges/bushes not being trimmed so you had to walk basically over them/through them to get inside. Also the sensor lighting could be a bit spastic, but not a big deal in the least! The home is gorgeous all around. Location is a 5 minute walk to The Gulch and accessible to all of Nashville. Check-in was easy breezy and the team at Playlist were very helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone visiting Nashville and I would happily stay there again!!!

Awesome House, Awesome Service
The folks at Playlist Properties were so great and easy to deal with and the house itself was fantastic. Truly an "executive" caliber home. The immediate neighborhood of the home itself is a little odd as it's right in the middle of transition & development. Regardless, we hardly spent any time in the home--we could walk downtown or to music row in a matter of minutes and were easily accessible to our Uber drivers when we needed rides across town. This was a great place to stay!
