Fabulous Rental in great location
There was a large group of us on a mkm and daughter trip to enjoy Nashville. The property was perfect — size, location, and # of bathrooms for all us women to get ready. The beds were super comfy and we much appreciated the units welcome to Nashville note accompanied with a bottle of wine (very nice touch). Mike from the property management company was easy to work with and very responsive. I would def recommend this property and look to stay here again with a large group.

The perfect condo. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Comfortable. Clean. Super convenient for walking around East Nashville(Joyland, Music City Gyros, Attaboy, Boom Bozz Pizza) and a quick Uber ride to downtown. I'm a vinyl guy so this was just a cool place to stay...loved the decor, especially the lava lamp.
The very minor negatives: if you put the address into any food delivery app/Uber, they come to the opposite side. Couldn't get from back to Neill Ave without going around the block. Couches & carpets were pretty dirty. My bathroom didn't seem very clean, hair in shower, loofahs left from previous guest.
Literally everything else was great! Thanks Playlist!

Weekend in Nashville
My group had a wonderful weekend at this playlist property! The apartment is in an up and coming area where lots of rental type home are going up. It is about a 7 minute Uber ride to Broadway (45 minute walk) The decor is adorable and the beds are all very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and only a phone call away. Would definitely stay again

Nashville Getaway
The condo was perfect for 4 50+ YO couples. It was great having separate bathrooms for everyone and the living areas were nice to hang out in together for coffee or drinks. The neighborhood has some sketchy spots, but overall, is up and coming and we felt safe walking around, even at night.

Great House!!
This house was very spacious, close to downtown, and in a central location. Loved the rooftop especially at night where you could see downtown Nashville lit up. Beds were super comfy and I really appreciated the blackout curtains in each room. Overall, this house is perfect especially if you have several friends and couples staying here.

Philly to Nashville
Alex & team we’re amazing making sure we had all our amenities for our couples trip. We had 11 stay in total and everyone had a separate area to sleep. They were very accommodating and I would recommend the property to anyone going to Nashville!

Great stay in a better than expected location!!
Great property, really cool layout w lots of space. Slept less people than expected, but worked out great. Nice rooftop deck. Location was great. East side of river had so much to do, it worked out perfectly.

Finally Made It!
After delays from COVID, we finally made it to Nashville to celebrate several milestone birthdays and ended up with Honeymooners as well! We had a great time staying in Vinyl, the set up was awesome for a large group of couples as everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. For those with younger children, there are three flights of stairs, so beware as this could be a concern for anyone with toddlers but it was great for us as everyone had their own space. The kitchen had everything that we could need to cook which we did for mostly breakfast and snacking, but would have been fine if we cooked any large meals. The beds were comfy, plenty of linens and having hair dryers in each bathroom was nice. The wet bar on the top floor next to the balcony was a great feature as trekking down three flights of stairs for beverages may have become annoying. We will definitely use Playlist Properties for any future trips we make to Nashville as they were great to work with **ESPECIALLY ALEX, THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!

I stayed at this property with a larger group of girls and was pleasantly surprised! We had tons of rooms/bed and bathrooms! Lots of closet space. It is 4 stories high but you got used to it quickly. Parking right out front. Neighborhood was nice and lots of new houses bing built! We had a few maintained problems on the last day but management was amazing! They came to our on a weekend and fixed immediately. They even refunded our night secondary to inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
