We have thought of everything to make your stay more than convenient; this vacation rental home will make it more fun. Decked out with Mid Century Modern décor to compliment the “Vinyl” theme, you’ll enjoy having a record player and a selection of vinyl records to entertain. Whatever your group plans, this home will make it easier for everyone to spread out (11 beds total), enjoy some “pre-game cocktails” on the large top floor lounge and deck, then crash after all the fun of seeing the sights and hearing the sounds of Nashville.

The main floor has plenty of seating for the whole group, including two queen sleepers. These are NOT your grandma’s sleeper sofas. These are a modern take that have NO bars and NO cheap sleeper mattresses. We spent a little extra to make you more comfortable! There is a full bathroom on the main level, so it is convenient for those staying on that level get ready. The kitchen is stocked with everything your group needs and more, including a bar buffet with all the glassware and accessories you’ll need to get the party started. The back door leads to a fenced in courtyard for the four properties.
There are four units total: A, B C & D. Each sleep 12 and share the private courtyard with access to an outdoor grill and outdoor games. This home, “Vinyl” is unit C.
The second floor offers bedrooms 1 & 2 and a full-size laundry room. The primary suite has a king bed, a twin bed and a large en suite full bath. EVERY bedroom has a TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds that can be converted to king to cater to your group. And like all the bedrooms, the twins suite has an en suite full bath and a TV. The third floor has another king suite with an en suite full bath (and TV) and a queen suite with an en suite full bath and TV. The 4th and top floor offers a private den with 2 twin beds, an en suite full bath and a TV in the private room. The funky lounge area offers a full bed and large TV. The top floor has a wet bar just inside the large top floor outdoor balcony with a great view of Nashville.
With its prime location, you’ll also have the neon lights of Broadway, some of Nashville’s largest museums and music venues, Vanderbilt, Music Row/Edgehill, 12South, Belmont & Midtown, all within 5 minutes.

Weekend in Nashville
My group had a wonderful weekend at this playlist property! The apartment is in an up and coming area where lots of rental type home are going up. It is about a 7 minute Uber ride to Broadway (45 minute walk) The decor is adorable and the beds are all very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and only a phone call away. Would definitely stay again

Nashville Getaway
The condo was perfect for 4 50+ YO couples. It was great having separate bathrooms for everyone and the living areas were nice to hang out in together for coffee or drinks. The neighborhood has some sketchy spots, but overall, is up and coming and we felt safe walking around, even at night.

Great House!!
This house was very spacious, close to downtown, and in a central location. Loved the rooftop especially at night where you could see downtown Nashville lit up. Beds were super comfy and I really appreciated the blackout curtains in each room. Overall, this house is perfect especially if you have several friends and couples staying here.

Philly to Nashville
Alex & team we’re amazing making sure we had all our amenities for our couples trip. We had 11 stay in total and everyone had a separate area to sleep. They were very accommodating and I would recommend the property to anyone going to Nashville!

Great property, really cool layout w lots of space. Slept less people than expected, but worked out great. Nice rooftop deck. Location was great. East side of river had so much to do, it worked out perfectly.

Finally Made It!
After delays from COVID, we finally made it to Nashville to celebrate several milestone birthdays and ended up with Honeymooners as well! We had a great time staying in Vinyl, the set up was awesome for a large group of couples as everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. For those with younger children, there are three flights of stairs, so beware as this could be a concern for anyone with toddlers but it was great for us as everyone had their own space. The kitchen had everything that we could need to cook which we did for mostly breakfast and snacking, but would have been fine if we cooked any large meals. The beds were comfy, plenty of linens and having hair dryers in each bathroom was nice. The wet bar on the top floor next to the balcony was a great feature as trekking down three flights of stairs for beverages may have become annoying. We will definitely use Playlist Properties for any future trips we make to Nashville as they were great to work with **ESPECIALLY ALEX, THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!

I stayed at this property with a larger group of girls and was pleasantly surprised! We had tons of rooms/bed and bathrooms! Lots of closet space. It is 4 stories high but you got used to it quickly. Parking right out front. Neighborhood was nice and lots of new houses bing built! We had a few maintained problems on the last day but management was amazing! They came to our on a weekend and fixed immediately. They even refunded our night secondary to inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
